Shipping Information

We are delighted to offer you our products. Please note the following important information regarding shipping and pickup:

Pop-Up Balloons for Civil Ceremony and Gender Reveal Parties
These products are available for pickup only at our store in Remscheid. Due to their special nature and a maximum shelf life of 12 hours, shipping is unfortunately not possible. We kindly ask for your understanding.

All Other Products
Our other items can be ordered either for pickup in Remscheid or conveniently shipped to your home.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within Germany is a flat rate of €9.90. In addition, we deliver to the following neighboring countries: Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, and Poland. For these countries, additional fees apply due to higher shipping costs, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

Processing Time and Shipping
The respective processing time is indicated on the product page. Once your order has been processed and your product is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Express Shipping
Standard shipping is available for all shippable products. Express shipping is offered only within Germany for an additional €29.90, so you can receive your order faster.
