Right of Withdrawal
As a small business, we want to inform you transparently about your right of withdrawal.
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB in conjunction with § 355 para. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal generally exists for distance contracts. However, this right may be excluded under certain conditions.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in particular for the following goods:

Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.

Personalized or customized products that are specifically produced for you and not intended for general sale.
Since we exclusively offer personalized items that are individually produced for you and cannot be resold due to their nature, there is no right of withdrawal for these products.
We kindly ask for your understanding that, for this reason, we cannot accept withdrawals or returns for personalized goods, unless the item is defective or does not match the agreed-upon condition.
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
